Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund policy for selected offline courses if you are not satisfied with the content. However, online courses and digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at support@hiasacademy.com with your order details and reason for the request.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
